• Pre-booking is essential. Walk-ins are not available.
• A minimum booking of 2 people applies unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is due on arrival before the experience begins.
• Your bottomless brunch session lasts for the advertised duration and starts at your confirmed booking time. Late arrivals will not receive additional time.
• Unlimited drinks and food (where included) are available only during your allocated session and must be consumed on the premises. Food and drinks cannot be taken away.
• Drinks will be served one at a time per person. Empty or nearly empty glasses must be returned before another drink will be served.
• We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Valid photographic ID may be required before alcohol is served.
• Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over.
• We reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or where further service would be irresponsible, in accordance with our licensing obligations. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying abusive, aggressive, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be provided.
• We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies where possible. Please notify us at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be catered for.
• Bookings may be amended or cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, no-shows, or guests who fail to attend are non-refundable.
• Bottomless brunch is available only as advertised and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
• Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
