1. Definitions
“Scheme” refers to the onTAP Loyalty programme.
“Member” refers to the individual registered to an onTAP account.
“Premises” refers to The Haworth and any participating venues operated by Vibe Bars & Venues (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility & Membership
2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over only.
2.2 Proof of age may be required in line with Challenge 25 policies.
2.3 The Scheme is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
2.5 Student memberships and student-exclusive offers may require valid proof of current student status through an approved student verification platform, student ID, or other supporting documentation. Graduate accounts, expired student memberships, or unverifiable accounts will be refused tier upgrade. The Promoter reserves the right to remove student status from any account where eligibility cannot be verified or is suspected to be misused.
3. Account Use & Security
3.1 Membership accounts are strictly non-transferable.
3.2 The account may only be used by the registered Member.
3.3 Any sharing, resale, or unauthorised use of an account is strictly prohibited.
3.4 If an account is shared, accessed by another individual, or used in a way that is inconsistent with personal use, the account may be suspended or terminated without notice, and any points or rewards may be forfeited.
3.5 The Promoter accepts no liability for misuse of an account where access has been shared or compromised by the Member.
3.6 The verified account holder must personally complete payment for transactions linked to the account. Use of another person’s payment method, account, or loyalty access in connection with unauthorised point collection, promotional abuse, or account sharing may result in the account being flagged for review. The Promoter may use automated systems, fraud prevention measures, and behavioural monitoring algorithms to detect suspicious, irregular, abusive, or potentially fraudulent activity. Where such activity is identified, the account may be temporarily restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated without notice pending investigation.
4. Points & Rewards
4.1 Points are awarded on qualifying purchases only, as determined by the Promoter.
4.2 Points and rewards have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
4.3 The earning rate, redemption value, and eligible products may be amended at any time without notice.
4.4 Points may not be awarded in the event of system errors, voided transactions, or refunded purchases.
4.5 At our discretion we may allow your account extra discounts based on spend. This spend frequency is variable and at the full discretion of the promotor. We can also remove special discounts at our discretion at any time.
5. Expiry
5.1 All points and any associated loyalty balance shall expire 12 months from the date of accrual.
5.2 Expired points will be removed automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6. Promotions & Offers & membership status
6.1 Member-only offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or substituted at any time without notice.
6.2 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to limit quantities, redemptions, or participation in any offer.
6.4 The Scheme may include tiered membership levels based on qualifying customer spend within a defined period.
6.5 Tier qualification thresholds, rewards, cashback rates, offers, and associated benefits are determined solely by the Promoter and may be amended, suspended, withdrawn, or replaced at any time without notice.
6.6 Members who meet the applicable qualifying spend threshold within a calendar month may automatically be upgraded to a higher membership tier.
6.7 Membership tiers are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Where a Member no longer meets the required qualifying spend threshold, the account may automatically revert to a lower tier.
6.8 Only valid qualifying purchases personally made by the registered Member shall count towards tier progression. Transactions deemed fraudulent, abusive, refunded, transferred, shared, manipulated, or inconsistent with fair personal use may be excluded at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6.9 The Promoter reserves the right to manually review, adjust, suspend, remove, or refuse tier status where misuse or manipulation of the Scheme is suspected.
6.10 Student memberships and student-exclusive offers may require valid proof of current student status through an approved student verification platform, student ID, or other supporting documentation. Graduate accounts, expired student memberships, or unverifiable accounts will be refused tier upgrade. The Promoter reserves the right to remove student status from any account where eligibility cannot be verified or is suspected to be misused.
7.1 The Promoter operates in accordance with the licensing objectives under the Licensing Act 2003, including:

7.5 Members must drink responsibly. Any behaviour deemed unsafe, illegal, or disorderly may result in removal from the Premises and suspension or termination of the account.
8. Suspension & Termination
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without notice, where:

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the venue’s Privacy Policy.
10.2 By registering, Members consent to the use of their data for administration of the Scheme.
11. Changes to the Scheme
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
11.2 Continued use of the Scheme constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
