1. Eligibility
1.1 All offers and promotions are available to persons aged 18 or over only.

1.2 Valid proof of age may be required in line with Challenge 25.

1.3 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Availability
2.1 All offers, products, and rewards are subject to availability.

2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, substitute, or suspend any offer at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Offers may be limited by time, date, stock, or availability at the Premises.

3. Redemption Rules
3.1 Offers are valid only within the stated promotional period.

3.2 Unless otherwise stated, offers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

3.3 Offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

3.4 Loyalty accounts/cards and associated offers may only be used by the registered account holder and only in relation to purchases personally made by that individual. Collecting points, rewards, discounts, or promotional benefits from another person’s transaction is strictly prohibited.

3.5 If an account is shared, misused, or used inconsistently with personal use, the Promoter may suspend or terminate the account, remove accrued rewards/currency, and refuse future promotional participation without notice.

3.6 Currency/Cash Pot rewards may only be redeemed against full-priced items unless otherwise stated. Currency rewards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, discounted products, loyalty pricing, staff discounts, student pricing, or any other offer

4. Fair Use
4.1 All offers are intended for personal use only.

4.2 Any misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit an offer (including duplication, sharing, or fraudulent activity) may result in refusal of the offer and/or removal from the promotion or loyalty scheme.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to limit quantities, redemptions, or participation at its discretion.

5. Licensing & Responsible Drinking
5.1 All promotions are operated in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

5.2 Offers are not intended to encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse service to any individual in line with licensing law and responsible retailing practices.

5.4 No alcohol will be served to persons under 18 or to anyone who appears intoxicated.

6. Right to Refuse
6.1 Management reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or withdraw any offer or redemption at their sole discretion without explanation.

6.2 Decisions made by management are final.

7. Liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• any loss arising from withdrawn or unavailable offers; 
• technical issues affecting redemption (including app or system failures); 
• indirect or consequential loss related to participation in promotions. 

7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Continued participation in any offer or promotion constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
